Kennie’s Community Rewards Program – April 3rd to August 20th

If you filled out the form last year and nothing has changed, please check off your name on the sheet by the forms. The program keeps track of what is spent by Tom’s Creek at Kennies and we receive a check at the end of the year.  Last year we received $670.
